Productos Alimenticios Budare is a company that promotes the development and transformation of traditional raw materials from Tolima, especially Achira (Canna edulis), in search of social, economic, and cultural improvements for the department.

The tradition of Achira in Colombia dates from pre-Hispanic times when ancestors shared their stories with their communities by consuming pieces of Achira. The practice was so important that little by little, Achira became part of the oral tradition of the Tolima Grande region. That is why Nachiros want to preserve these traditions, making achira-based foods passing gastronomic and cultural heritage to new generations.
